Because every single item at Nani's Crib is custom-printed to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review our visual size charts located in the listing images carefully before completing your purchase.
What happens if my shirt arrives damaged or misprinted?
If your item arrives damaged, stained, or misprinted by our manufacturing facility, please message us immediately via Etsy Messages. Send us a clear photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery, and we will gladly arrange a brand-new replacement free of charge!
How long will it take for my order to ship out?
Our printing fulfillment partner, Printful, typically takes 2 to 5 business days to custom-make and print your apparel items. (Please note: This production window does not include weekends or holidays). Once completed, domestic shipping takes an additional 2 to 5 business days to reach your address. You will receive an automated tracking link the moment it leaves the printing facility.
Can I cancel my order if I make an error?
We gladly accept order cancellation requests within exactly 1 hour of purchase. Because our storefront system pushes your order data over to our printing production queue automatically to ensure fast shipping speeds, we cannot halt, edit, or cancel your order once printing has commenced.
