RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Because every item at Nani's Crib is custom-printed to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyers' remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review our size charts carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprint, or the wrong size/color by mistake, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please contact our support team at contactnaniscrib@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that banks and payment processors (such as Stripe and PayPal) do not refund their baseline transaction processing fees, which will be deducted from the final payout. Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to clear and appear in your account.
