Shipping & Delivery Issues

Nani's Crib is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout. Any packages lost in transit with un-updated tracking must be reported to our customer service email within 21 days of purchase so we can file a claim and secure your replacement.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Nani's Crib is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If an international package is refused due to unpaid customs charges, original shipping fees will not be refunded.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

Nani's Crib is not liable for items damaged or lost directly by the shipping carrier. However, we fully back our products. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact our support team immediately at [Your Support Email] so we can file an official claim with the printer and secure a replacement for you. Please take photos and save all original packaging material and damaged goods before reaching out.
